JOB PURPOSE
We’re looking for an Office manager to join us, to work within a small but busy team. This is a part time position, however we are open to flexibility and encourage candidates to discuss their flexible job requirements with us. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with conflicting workloads. The Office manager will play a vital role in providing a fantastic working environment at our Cheltenham and London offices. They will be the ‘go to’ person for day to day office administration, facilities management and health & safety policy administration.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Highly organised, with excellent administrative skills applied proactively and enthusiastically
Used to working as part of a team in a fast paced environment but able to work autonomously
Ability to coordinate and engage with high level stakeholders
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Strong attention to detail
Competent use of the G-suite and/or Microsoft packages
Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all Health & Safety Policy management
Ownership for all Facilities management for both Cheltenham and London offices
Liaising with 3rd Party partners and providers
Procurement of office equipment and supplies for both sites
Planning and coordination of office events and parties
Onboarding New starters for Cheltenham & London office
Key contact for the Landlord at both properties
