THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a DigiTech specialist, you will be responsible for the diagnostic work to assess visual consistency of our image assets, contributing to the creation of appealing content.
You work closely with photographers, art directors and stylists, ensuring an inspiring shopping experience for our customers. You handle a high volume of assets in an organised manner, being responsible for the consistency, colour grading and final output.
Please note that this role is Berlin-based and requires full onsite presence; remote work is not possible.
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
Be a natural in a photo studio and on a shoot
You can take care of the color workflow and color consistency processes (screen calibration, camera profiling etc.) and Capture One is your preferred tool when working on a photo shoot or when editing pictures.
You have good knowledge of color grading photos and digital asset management.
You are great at working with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite incl. Photoshop, Bridge.
You can easily communicate with photographers and creatives to identify existing process bottlenecks and highest priority improvement points.
You love working in a happy team.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have relevant professional experience in the photo industry.
A degree or a comparable qualification in the field of media communication, post production or photography is a plus.
You have experience in creating and maintaining visual brand identity, E-commerce and editorial content within a fashion retail business.
You have strong organizational and set management skills, the ability to multitask and you can prioritize projects with short turnarounds.
As part of an international team, you are comfortable communicating with your colleagues in English.
You can manage your workload in a cool, calm and efficient manner.
Scripting knowledge is a plus (Apple Script, Python, Google Apps script)
